Pecene korenene baby zemiacky / Baked spicy potatoes

CO POTREBUJETE:

1/2kg baby zemiackov / 1/2kg of baby potatoes
1/3 lyzicky mletej kurkumy / 1/3tsp of termaric
1/3 lyzicky mleteho chilli korenia / 1/3tsp of chilli powder
3/4 lyzicky tandoori masala / 3/4tsp of tandoori masala
sol / salt
1 lyzicka stavy z citrona / 1tsp of lemon juice
olej (na pecene zemiaky mam najradsej olivovy, ale kludne pouzite iny) / oil

na dokoncenie / to finish:
troska oleja / oil
kari listky / curry leaves

AKO POSTUPOVAT:

Baby zemiacky poriadne umyjeme. Prekrojime ich na polovice a dame do hlbsej misky, kde sa nam budu dobre miesat. Pridame k nim kurkumu, chilli korenie a tandoori masala. Dobre premiesame. / Brush and clean the potatoes. Cut them into half and place in the bowl. Add termaric, chilli powder and tandoori masala. Stir well.

Dalej pridame sol, citronovu stavu a olej (asi 2 lyzice). Poriadne premiesame a nechame 15 minut postat. / Add salt, lemon juice and oil (approx. 2tbsp). Stir well and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Pripravime si plech na ich pecenie. Ja som vystlala alobalom, mozete pozuit papier na pecenie. Ruru si predohrejeme na 180st. Zemiacky dame na plech a zarovname, aby boli v jednej vrstve a kazdy sa dobre prepiekol. Plech dame do rury. Zemiacky pecieme asi 30 minut. / Make your baking tray ready. You can use aluminium foil  or baking paper for the tray. Preheat the oven o 180 degrees. Put your potatoes on baking tray in one layer. Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake potatoes for about 30 minutes.

Upecene zemiacky dame do misky, kde sa nam budu dobre miesat a prikryjeme. / Baked potatoes remove from tray and keep them in bowl where you will be able to stir them proper.

V malej panvice si zohrejeme troska oleja. Ked je olej horuci vhodime kari listky, ktorymi nesetrime. Listocky sa hned zacnu prazit a prskat. Dame pozor, aby neprihoreli. Kym sa prazia, panvickou trocha potraste a listockami pohybte, aby boli oprazene rovnomerne. Oprazene listocky ihned vysypeme k zemiakom a premiesame. Hrniec znova zakryjeme a zemiacky nechame aspon 10 minut postat. / In a small pot heat some oil. When oil is hot add curry leaves (use plenty). Let them pop up, don't burn them. Add fried leaves into the bowl with potatoes, stir and cover the bowl. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Podavame bud ako teplu prilohu alebo samostatne ako korenisty, teply, zemiakovy salat. K nim si mozeme dat cerstvy zeleninovy salat. / Serve as side dish, main dish or as a salad.
